- Legal Company name as well as Employer ID-EIN will be required to be kept on file
- All orders under $100 in total cost must be paid up front IN FULL
- A 50% deposit must be paid on all orders over $100 in total cost prior to placing the order into production
- The remaining balance of all orders must be paid at time of shipping the order. Any balance not paid at time of shipping will not be delivered and brought back to our facility. Any order needing to be "re-shipped" will incur an additional shipping cost to be paid by the Customer
- Returned checks from the bank as "non sufficient funds" will incur a $30 Return Check Fee to be paid by the Customer
- Any balance that is not paid will be turned over to a Collection Agency. Any fees incurred by the Collection Agency and/or legal fees will be paid by the Customer
- Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and/or returns are not accepted
- Once an order is confirmed in writing and placed into production, it is considered 100% correct. No changes and/or cancellations will be made to the order. This applies to all products supplied by ST CLOUD DOOR CO.
